Two ways to work with us
Build to your drawing
You bring the design — your existing model, your own tooling drawing, or a specification from your customer. We quote it, make it, and put your branding on it.
- Your dimensions, tube thickness, board and coating specified by you
- Your mould if you already own one, or ours adapted to your spec
- Your logo on the product, the carton and the instruction sheet
Adapt a proven design
Start from a range we already make and sell. It is faster and cheaper than a ground-up tooling project, and it removes the risk of an untested design failing in the field.

What we can change
Most customisation requests come down to this list. If what you need is not here, ask — the answer is often yes with a longer lead time.
- Sizes & dimensions
- Desk height range, desktop size, seat height, tube diameter and gauge.
- Colours
- Powder-coat to RAL numbers on steel; colour masterbatch in the plastic parts.
- Branding
- Screen printing, embossed logo in mould, woven labels, metal nameplates.
- Packaging
- Brown carton, printed colour box, foam and corner protection, your own shipping marks.
- Documents
- Instruction sheets and warning labels in your language, barcodes and QR labels.
- Loading
- Mixed models and mixed colours in one container, packed to your drop-test requirement.
Custom orders carry their own minimum quantity, which depends on the change you are asking for — a colour change and a new mould are very different projects. We confirm the exact minimum for your specific change by email once we see the drawing.
How a custom order runs
- 01
Enquiry and drawing
Send the drawing, the reference photo or just a specification. We come back with what is feasible, what it costs, and what the minimum would be.
- 02
Sample or pre-production unit
For a colour, logo or packaging change we usually make a pre-production unit off the existing line. For a new structure we go to the sample workshop. You test it before anything is committed.
- 03
Confirmation and deposit
You sign off the sample and the specification sheet, and we book the production slot on the deposit.
- 04
Production
Steel fabrication, powder coating, moulding and assembly run in-house in our own plants. Lead time is confirmed on the order rather than assumed.
- 05
Pre-shipment check
Load, stability and surface checks are part of our own routine before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome — tell us early so we can schedule around it.
- 06
Shipment and documents
Packing list, shipping marks and the document set agreed at confirmation. Balance is due before shipment.
Why tooling changes are cheaper here
We are inside the cluster
Our plants sit in Nancheng, Jiangxi — the school furniture production base of China. Mould makers, coating shops and material suppliers who understand this product category are minutes away, not provinces away.
The equipment is ours
Injection moulding, robotic welding and a powder-coating line all run in-house. Nothing critical gets subcontracted to a workshop we do not control.
One team from drawing to container
The person who reads your drawing is in the same company as the person who loads the container. Fewer handovers is why changes do not get lost in translation.
Your design stays yours
If you send us a drawing, a mould or a design file, we use it for your order and nothing else. We do not sell your model, with your changes on it, to another buyer.
If that needs to be written into a contract or an NNN agreement before you send files, say so at the start and we will sign it first. We would rather sign a document at the beginning than argue about it later.

- Samples
- Samples available from 1 piece. Sample is chargeable and the buyer covers shipping cost.
- Sample lead time
- Up to 5 MDF samples: within 10 days.
- Payment
- T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
MOQ starts at 20 sets and samples are available for every model. Some models need a higher production run of 50 to 200 sets. We confirm the exact minimum for each model by email once we review your enquiry.
