Privacy policy

This page describes what actually happens when you use this website. It is written to match the system, not copied from a template — if we change how the site handles data, we change this page.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the enquiry form. Nothing on this site collects data silently from you in the background.

Your name: So we know who we are replying to.
Email address: Required — this is how the quotation is sent to you.
Company name: Optional. Helps us quote at the right trade level.
Country: Optional. Determines certification and shipping requirements.
WhatsApp number: Optional. Used only if you prefer to be contacted that way.
Models, quantity and destination: What you want to buy and where it is going. Needed to produce a quotation.
Customisation requirements: Whether you need OEM logo, custom packaging or another modification.
Your message: Whatever else you choose to tell us.

Technical data recorded with an enquiry

When the form is submitted, our server also records a small amount of technical information. This exists to filter automated spam and to let us trace repeated submissions.

IP address: Recorded with the enquiry for spam filtering.
Browser user agent: Recorded with the enquiry for spam filtering.
Page and language: Which page the enquiry came from and in which language.

What we use it for

To prepare and send you a quotation.
To answer questions about models, minimum quantities, lead times and certification.
To follow up on an enquiry you have already sent.
To keep an internal record of the enquiry while an order is being discussed.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) and are accessible only through our own password-protected admin page. Notification emails are delivered through Resend, an email delivery service.

Both Cloudflare and Resend process data on our behalf as service providers. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from your enquiry.

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for the commercial relationship — typically while an order is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes.

Who can see it

Our own export and production staff — the people who need it to quote and to make your order.
The service providers named above, strictly to run the site and deliver the email.
That is the full list. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to other buyers or to third-party marketing companies.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

The "inquiry list" feature — where you collect model codes while browsing — is stored in your own browser using local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. It is sent to us only if you choose to submit it with an enquiry form.

If you clear your browser data, the inquiry list is cleared with it.

Asking us about your data

Write to qiweisheng_may@163.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete your enquiry record.

If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we will remove it. If an order is in progress we may need to keep the minimum needed for shipping and accounting documents, and we will tell you if that is the case.
