Nobody inspects quality into a finished container. It is decided earlier — at the weld, at the coating line, at the point where a cheaper board gets substituted because nobody was checking. Here is where we put the checks.
Steel tube, board and plastic granules are checked when they arrive, before they enter production. This is the stage where a cheap substitution would be easiest to hide, so it is the stage we watch hardest.
Frames are cut, formed and welded in-house. Robotic welding cells handle the repeat frames — a machine produces the same weld on frame one and frame ten thousand, which is what stops the wobble that buyers complain about after a term of use.
Parts run through the in-house powder-coating line on the overhead conveyor. Coating is where a product looks fine in a photo and chips at the weld in the field, so adhesion and coverage matter more than colour.
Plastic parts are moulded in-house, then frames, boards and mouldings are assembled on the same site. Keeping this in one plant means a problem found at assembly is traced back the same day, not passed between suppliers.
Before packing, units are pulled and checked on our own routine. Load, stability and surface condition are the three things that decide whether a product survives the first term in a classroom.
Injection moulding, robotic welding and powder coating all run in our own plants. Critical processes are not subcontracted to workshops we do not control.
A sample comes off production equipment, not a display bench. If you want the sample held as a reference against the bulk order, we keep the specification sheet and check production against it.
Because fabrication, coating and assembly happen on one site, a defect found at inspection is traced back to the batch and the process the same day rather than disputed between suppliers.
If your buying process requires an inspection agency — SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek or your own QC staff — tell us at order confirmation so we can schedule production around it. We would rather plan the visit than be surprised by it.

If you need the sample held as the inspection standard, say so when you order. We will keep it, and the inspector will have something objective to measure against.
