A catalogue photo tells you what a desk looks like. It does not tell you whether the height adjustment still feels tight after fifty cycles, or whether the coating survives a warehouse. Order the sample, put it together, and decide from the actual object.
The terms, up front

- Samples available from 1 piece. Sample is chargeable and the buyer covers shipping cost.
- Sample lead time
- Up to 5 MDF samples: within 10 days.

- T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
MOQ starts at 20 sets and samples are available for every model. Some models need a higher production run of 50 to 200 sets. We confirm the exact minimum for each model by email once we review your enquiry.
How sampling works

Send us the model codes
Use the enquiry form and list the models you want to see. If you are not sure which ones fit your market, tell us the market and price point and we will suggest a shortlist.

We confirm and quote the sample
You get the sample price, the freight cost to your address and the delivery date in writing. Nothing is produced until you approve that figure.
- 03
Sample is produced and shipped
Samples come off the same lines as production orders. It is the product you would receive, not a display unit assembled for the photo.

You inspect, then we quote the volume
Once you have the sample in hand we confirm the FOB price, the minimum quantity and the lead time for the volume you have in mind.
What comes with the sample

Why buyers sample from us
The most common complaint about this industry is that the approved sample and the tenth container are not the same product — thinner tube, cheaper board, a coating a shade off. We run samples and production on the same equipment, in our own plants, from the same material purchases.
If you want the sample used as a reference against production, say so. We will keep the specification sheet on file and check production against it before shipment rather than after the complaint.
Common questions
- Can I order a mix of models instead of one?
- Yes. Mixed models can ship together, both for samples and for production orders. Ordering several at once is usually cheaper per unit on freight.
- How do I pay for a sample?
- Same channels as a production order. We confirm the amount and the channel in writing before the sample is made.
- Can you customise the sample?
- Yes — colours, logo and packaging changes are normally made as a pre-production unit, which is faster than a new structure. See the OEM / ODM page for what can be changed.
